Bucksport High School Graduation Requirements:

Students must earn 24 credits

4 credits in English
4 credits in Math
4 credits in Science and Technology (Biology required)
3 credits in Social Studies (US History required)
1 credit in Fine Arts
1 credit in Health
1 credit in Physical Education
Proof of Computer Proficiency
Maine Studies requirement (most students meet this in middle school)
All students must complete 40 hours of community service

10/15: PSAT Testing (optional, Sophomores and Juniors)
10/30: FAFSA Workshop 6:00pm
10/31: End of Quarter 1

November:

11/8: SAT at BHS (Saturday)
11/11: No school, Veterans' Day
11/13: Aspirations Day event at BHS
11/24-25: Parent/Teacher conferences (sign up through BHS guidance office
11/26-28: No school, Thanksgiving break

December:

12/2: Blood Drive @ BHS gymnasium, 8-2
